The Live Painting Consultation:
Fill out the form above or contact us to schedule your live painting consultation
During your consultation, we will talk about the details of the wedding or event, including location, time, theme, etc.
When you’re ready to confirm booking your live painting, you will decide the size canvas you’d like (sizes/pricing below), as well as what you’d like featured in your painting (ceremony vs reception, etc.).
1/2 down payment is required to schedule your wedding or event. The final 2/2 payment will be due one week before your event.
The Live Painting Process:
Before your big day, we will be in contact with your wedding/event planner (if applicable), and will have already scheduled a site visit with them to check out the venue if need be.
On the day of the event, I will arrive a few hours early to get set up and start painting! I will begin the layout of the setting/background. This is especially important if I will be painting your ceremony or a specific part of your reception.
I will paint for the entirety of your wedding reception/event, as entertainment for your guests. If I am capturing the ceremony in the painting, and the reception is at a different location, I will move my set up to the reception location to continue painting. I paint with heavy-bodied acrylic paints, on deep-framed, gallery-wrapped canvas.
Normally, I will finish the painting by the end of the event, and you will be able to take it home with you that day/night! If the painting is still wet, or I need to finish part of the painting at my studio, we will make arrangements for delivery.
Pricing:
Pricing is dependent on the size of your canvas. If you are working within a specific budget, we can modify the size of the canvas to meet your pricing requirements.
16”x20” canvas: $800
18”x24” canvas: $1,200
24”x36” canvas: $1,500
36”x48” canvas: $2,000
